- The placing of an order with In2Design(the company) by the person entering into a sale contract with In2Design(the buyer) is an acceptance by the buyer of an offer by the company to sell goods on those terms & conditions
- These conditions apply to all sales of the company’s goods despite any contrary terms which may appear on any documentation put forward by the buyer or its agents
- All goods are made to order and all orders received by the company are irrevocable and unable to be altered by the buyer.
- Any price lists supplied to the buyer by the company form part of these terms & conditions of sale and are binding on the buyer unless otherwise agreed by the company. Unless expressly stated, any published price lists do not include the costs of providing delivery, optional framing, hardware, finishes and other incidentals. All prices advertised for goods on our website are subject to change by the company at anytime.
- All orders require full payment at time of order placement. The delivery charges are as quoted by the freight company at the time of order.
- The delivery charges for orders for delivery outside of Australia will be calculated on by the company on request based on the information supplied by the buyer and the total amount payable will be advised to and requested from the buyer via email.
- All goods supplied remain the property of the company until full payment is received
- The company reserves the right not to supply goods where any payment from the buyer to the company is overdue.
- The delivery address and any special instructions for delivery must be advised to the company by the buyer at time of order placement to enable freight costs to be evaluated.
- Any delivery dates advised by the company to the buyer are indicative only. The buyer shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for the goods by reason of any delay in delivery and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsever resulting from any delay in delivery.
- If the buyer claims that any goods provided by the company are defective, or have been damaged in transit, the company may allow the goods to be returned to the company or its representative. Returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Any artwork needs to be handled with care, and ours is no exception. All artworks supplied must be protected from water, extremes of temperature and humidity and strong UV light during transit. Ensure the protective delivery wrapping remains in place until goods have been installed. Do not scratch or clean artworks with
- abrasive cleaners, occasional light dusting & wipe over with a damp soft cloth is all the cleaning our products require.
- The buyer accepts that, due to the nature of the print production process and variations in colour calibration of monitors and printers, the colour and appearance of the final goods may vary, within commercial tolerance, from that of any images or samples supplied. The buyer accepts the risk of such differences and the company will not accept the return of these goods.
